Years of Impact
We are committed to transforming lives through education, empowerment, leadership development, and community support.
Founder Dr. Udo Udo‑Aka grew up in the village of Ikot Ama with a conviction that education could open doors far beyond circumstance. That belief carried him from rural Akwa Ibom to doctoral studies in the United States and onward to a distinguished career as an academic, international consultant, and Director General of the Centre for Management Development (1978–1989). Across six decades, he helped strengthen Nigeria’s public institutions, sat on major bank boards of directors, mentored generations of leaders, and earned the national honor of Member of the Order of the Niger (MON) for his contributions to national development. In 2005, he founded the Udo‑Aka Foundation to extend the same opportunities that shaped his own life. Today, its flagship scholarship program with Top Faith Secondary School and Top Faith University supports high‑potential students from rural and low‑income backgrounds, reflecting his lifelong commitment to dignity, access, and human development. As the Foundation grows, he continues to guide emerging initiatives with the same clarity of purpose that has defined his life’s work.
